Brickell Heights Coming Up Soon
Related Group have proposed to build first two condominium towers with a total of 690 units on the west side of South Miami Avenue and a third taller tower across the street could be added later.
Related closed on the land located between Mary Brickell Village and Brickell CityCentre last June for $32 million. The three Arquitectonica designed towers could provide more than a 1,000 units in Brickell in the next years.
The first two 49 story towers to be called Brickell Heights will feature a substantial 85,000 square feet of retail space and a parking garage adorned with a mural from artist Fabian Bruno. The towers located at 801 South Miami Avenue will range between 529 feet and 549 feet in height. I will keep you updated as more information becomes available and the project progresses.
