Oceana Bal Harbour Broke Ground


Oceana Bal Harbour Officially Under Construction
 Oceana Bal Harbour officially broke ground last week on October 9thwithprojected completion for the last quarter of 2016.  The new luxury development will rise to replace the old Bal Harbour Beach Club whose demolition was completed last August.
Argentine estate mogul and art collector Eduardo Constantini paid a hefty purchase price of $220 million for the large 5.54 acre oceanfront lot.  That should give you an idea of the level of luxury of the future Oceana Bal Harbour condo. Consultatio’s 28-story condominium tower is slated to have 240 units that start at $2 million. Costantini, chairman of the Nordelta gated community outside Buenos Aires and the founder of the Argentine capital’s Malba art museum, broke into the South Florida scene with Oceana Key Biscayne. Arquitectonica like in Key Biscayne will be leading the construction this time in the Oceana of Bal Harbour. 
What will set Oceana Bal Harbour apart from all the other condos arising from the South Florida sands are a pair of monumental Jeff Koons sculptures being installed in the breezeway and a star-studded supporting cast of designers.
